Cate provides physio‑led Pilates in the beautiful, fully accessible studios at Dene House Farm in Longframlington, Northumberland. She offers one‑to‑one sessions, mat classes, and reformer classes designed for people who may find standard fitness Pilates challenging due to injury, pain, or medical conditions.
Classes are kept intentionally small, allowing Cate to offer tailored alternatives and modifications throughout, ensuring every participant can move safely, confidently, and at a pace that suits their recovery.

Cate has limited availability for physiotherapy treatment sessions (manual therapy and massage) and is not currently taking any new physiotherapy patients. If you have been unable to find a physiotherapist locally please get in touch and Cate will give you recommendations.
